Responsibilities
Conducts appraisal services in a regulatory compliant, cost effective, and timely manner
Assists with 3rd party vendor invoice retention, processing, and submission
Contributes to maintaining and managing a panel of qualified third-party appraisers
Assists RESS staff with bid solicitations for appraisal services from qualified approved fee appraisers
Responsible for bid solicitations and engagement of 3rd party construction and environmental vendors to perform services as needed
Ensures that appraisal documentation is entered accurately into the Real Estate Information Management System and processed in accordance with business needs and regulatory guidelines and the standards of professional appraisal practices and guidelines
Qualification
Required
