Responsibilities
Organize and maintain office files and records to ensure easy access and retrieval
Perform accurate data entry tasks to support administrative functions
Scan and digitize documents to maintain electronic records
Provide general back-office support, including handling correspondence and scheduling
Assist property managers with day-to-day clerical tasks
Prepare and format reports, spreadsheets, and other documents as needed
Respond to inquiries and provide information to internal staff or external stakeholders
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure smooth workflow
Collaborate with team members to improve organizational processes
Handle confidential information with discretion
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Proficiency in scanning and organizing files with attention to detail
Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy
Ability to provide effective back-office support in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with document scanning tools and processes
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders
Ability to work onsite in Camden, New Jersey during standard office hours
