Responsibilities
Participate in the definition of system requirements for the implementation of the Made4net suite of products in the Supply Chain Execution space
Configure and test those products in accordance with the project requirements
Develop and execute test plans for client projects
Work with assigned developers where add-ons and customizations are required
Prepare and support client acceptance testing
Provide clients with training on site and remotely on the use of the systems
Prepare, execute and support Go Live activities for clients on, and off site as needed
Continue to monitor and assist clients post go live with ongoing training and troubleshooting
Work with our support team as necessary on supporting live clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1-2 years of relevant experience working in a customer facing role preferably within software in supply chain or other enterprise systems
Familiar with Windows Workstation and Server environments
Familiar with Web Browser(s) and Web Server (IIS) environments
Familiar with SQL server databases and programming
Strong knowledge of office tools
Familiar use of Remote Desktop and VPN
Strong technical background is preferred
Strong understanding of Software Development and Agile Methodologies
Experience with Microsoft system tools: Windows, IIS, SQL Server
Strong written/oral communication and interpersonal skills
20% - 30% travel required domestically and internationally

Familiar with Agile methodologies
Prior experience in warehousing, transportation, logistics and or similar applications experience
Experience with leading WMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM, Koerber or similar)
