Responsibilities
Lead the customer complaint triage process, meetings, and audits
Independently own and execute reliability improvement projects; including action plans, problem-solving and verification
Work closely with product owners, technical leads, architects and product managers to develop a funnel of reliability improvement projects for new digital scanners
Facilitate communication with field-service and sales personnel directly and through documented procedures
Perform other duties as required by the business
Qualification
Required
BS or MS in Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Reliability Engineering or equivalent or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience as an applicable engineer discipline (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Reliability Engineer or equivalent)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
Ability to travel globally up to 10% of the year
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35lb
Preferred
Analyzing data from SalesForce or other CRMs through PowerBI, Python, or Excel and distilling the highlights into PowerPoint presentations and talking points
Medical device regulations with US FDA, IVDR notified bodies, or other regulatory bodies throughout the globe
Excellent communication skills and demonstrated attention to detail
