Systems Engineer - Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

Perform requirements elicitation using behavioral artifacts such as use cases
Support the development and review of interface documents
Support the development of system requirements
Develop Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM)
Develop architectural documentation
Author and perform formal and informal engineering reviews
Adhere to DOORS processes and procedures
Review the content and details of technical products
Act as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts as-required
Be actively involved in efforts associated with Agile development including iteration planning
Provide status and support agile team leadership

Required

U.S. Citizenship required for consideration
Government security clearance required
Strong background in system engineering
Ability to perform requirements elicitation using behavioral artifacts
Support the development and review of interface documents and system requirements
Experience with Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM) development
Ability to adhere to DOORS processes and procedures
Act as a technical interface to MDA working level counterparts as required
Flexibility to support various tasking on short notice
Experience in Agile development including iteration planning and providing status

Preferred

Prior experience with Missile Defense Systems
Familiarity with complex Command and Control (C2) systems
Experience working in an Agile development environment
Background in systems analysis, metric development, and architecture development
Additional expertise in stakeholder communication and technical documentation
Strong written and oral communication skills; capable of clearly presenting technical approaches, findings, and engineering plans
