Responsibilities
Creation, Improvement and Implementation of Design and Development Documentation ensuring compliance to the relevant QMS
Selection and Implementation of the relevant core Quality Tools and Methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC) during Product and Process Design and Development
Supporting Design Assurance activities for the relevant Product/Application/Market, including planning, verification and validation
Creation and Implementation of the Inspection Strategy as part of Process Verification/Validation
Identification and Implementation of the relevant Problem-Solving tool and methodology to ensure root causes are clearly identified and eliminated
Supports change management activities during the Design and Development lifecycle
Wide stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organization
Working across a virtual team environment on a project basis
Collaborating with external suppliers in support of training, change management, where applicable
Qualification
Required
Good working knowledge and experience of applying quality principles, systems, methods tools and design control in accordance with international and regulatory standards
Ability to work in complex stakeholder environment in support of project delivery
Demonstratable problem-solving, collaboration and communication skills
Understanding and application of risk management methodologies and processes
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in science, engineering or quality related discipline
Experience in quality management systems cross Industry
