Responsibilities
Assist the Travel & Expense Manager in handling travel arrangements (air, lodgings, etc.) and operations through Egencia
Assist in the negotiation of contracts or rates with travel service providers
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
Process T&E reports and handle reimbursements through Coupa
Handle a high volume of emails and inquiries from vendors and employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong experience in Coupa, Egencia and NetSuite (NS)
Solid knowledge of travel management
Expense reconciliation
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines
Assist the Travel & Expense Manager in handling travel arrangements (air, lodgings, etc.) and operations through Egencia
Assist in the negotiation of contracts or rates with travel service providers
Ensure compliance in all aspects of travel procedures
Drive continuous improvement of travel programs
Process T&E reports and handle reimbursements through Coupa
Handle a high volume of emails and inquiries from vendors and employees
Perform other duties as assigned
Preferred
Must be tech-savvy, detail-oriented and a team-player
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor
Travel and tourism experience is a plus

Production and Event Travel, Travel Agency experience is a plus
Accounts Payable experience is a plus
MS Excel skills
