Responsibilities
Keep packaging equipment running smoothly and efficiently
Troubleshoot jams, seals, and equipment issues quickly
Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
Complete paperwork and data entry for outbound shipments
Deep clean production lines between orders
Continuously learn, grow, and expand into new skills and roles
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Computer comfort + basic driving skills (forklift experience = bonus!)
Strong critical thinking and ability to work independently
Ability to lift 55 lbs and work in hot, cold, dusty environments
Comfort with heights, stairs, confined spaces, and physical work
Preferred
Manufacturing or food-safe experience is a plus
