Administrative Coordinator 1- Dean’s Office (Knoxville)
The University of Tennessee Health Science Center is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 1 to provide administrative support to executive level positions in the Knoxville Dean's office. This role involves managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating facility operations among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Maintains the appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and teleconferences
Read, research, and routes correspondence; drafts letters and documents; collects and analyzes information; initiates telecommunications
Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
Reconciles ledger for the Dean's office and provides information to departmental administrative staff to reconcile department ledger
Manages the travel process for executive level positions
Manages the Graduate School of Medicine (GSM) third floor facility operations coordinating maintenance and service requests
Documents all monthly meetings with the Department Chairs to include minutes and actions thereof
Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying and transmitting text data and graphs as requested by the Dean and Assistant Dean
Serves as main point of contact for guests, service providers, deliveries, general inquiries for the GSM third floor
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED. (TRANSCRIPT REQUIRED)
Five (5) years of office experience; OR Associate's Degree and three (3) years of office experience; OR a combination of related college coursework and work experience equal to five (5) years
Ability to work with all levels of the organization
Knowledge of Word and Excel
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
High level of verbal and written communication skills
