Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of residential electrical services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, and electrical panels
Diagnose electrical issues accurately using advanced tools and techniques and recommend effective solutions to homeowners
Adhere to electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and prevent accidents
Provide exceptional customer service, including explaining electrical issues to homeowners, presenting service options, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and homeowner communication
Collaborate with team members and dispatchers to coordinate service calls, prioritize tasks, and meet client needs and expectations
Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Residential, Journeyman or Master Electrician License Required
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a licensed residential electrician, with a proven track record of success in residential electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance
Strong technical knowledge of residential electrical systems, equipment, and materials
Excellent problem-solving abilities with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with homeowners and team members
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced residential environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
