Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations
Configure and deliver Payroll processing and payroll costing
Own Fast Formulas (earnings, deductions, balances, costing)
Support garnishments, tax filings, and legislative payroll requirements
Lead payroll workshops, functional design, SIT/UAT, go-live and hypercare
Act as the functional Payroll SME, advising on risks and cross-module impacts
