Responsibilities
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Configure and maintain security, compliance, and identity management within M365
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide Tier 3 support for M365-related incidents
Implement governance, policies, and best practices for collaboration and data protection
Assist with migrations, upgrades, and integration of M365 with other enterprise systems

Must currently live in the Louisville, KY area
