Responsibilities
Review and onboard new consumer loans into the system with accuracy and attention to detail
Post and reconcile monetary transactions in accordance with established procedures
Complete and maintain various reports assigned to the team
Act as a point of contact for internal partners, responding to inquiries related to new loan onboarding
Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners on projects and audit activities as needed
Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and applicable regulations
Qualification
Required
Some previous banking, loan processing, documentation, servicing or other directly related experience
A High School diploma or equivalent. A combination of education and experience may meet job requirements
Working knowledge of banking and lending processes, especially relating to loan documentation and account maintenance
Ability to collaborate with creative, top performing teams, and use interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Prioritization and time management skills to complete work and meet deadlines
Attention to detail to deliver top quality work
Problem-solving skills by researching and analyzing information
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that quickly changes and provides challenges
Comfortable using various Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) or similar software
Customer service skills to create quality experiences for those served
