They are seeking a TL Operations Specialist to streamline daily operations for the Transaction Liability Operations team, ensuring efficiency and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

Monitor day-to-day operations, requests/questions for servicing of accounts to ensure a smooth process
Maintain spreadsheets used to track invoicing, state surplus lines filings, and subjectivity requirements to obtain issued policies
Corresponding daily with clients, insurers, team members, and other colleagues throughout the company
Reviewing binding documents for specific items pertaining to the operational side of processes
Following up with clients and insurers for required subjectivity document needed to final policy issuance
Running redlines used to review final issued policies for accuracy for delivery to our clients

Required

BA/BS required
Excellent organizational skills, including time management
Self-sufficiency and an ability to prioritize and multitask

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other applications used for operational tasks
