Responsibilities

Lead and manage the creation, maintenance, and governance of SAP Material Master data

Develop and enforce standards, policies, and procedures related to material master data

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency

Implement data quality controls and regularly audit data for compliance

Support SAP projects involving material master data, including system upgrades and process improvements

Train and support users on SAP material master processes and best practices

Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on data quality and team efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience

Strong understanding of data governance and material master data lifecycle management

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Proven leadership experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

Preferred

Experience with SAP S/4HANA

Experience with tools like SAP MDG (Master Data Governance), WinShuttle, or data migration tools

Background in manufacturing, engineering or distribution environments

Project management experience (PMP or Agile certification is a plus)
