Responsibilities
Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression with callers and visitors in the HR lobby
Administer employment tests, schedule meetings, distribute paperwork and other projects as assigned
Create job requisitions, close job requisitions, maintain new hire spreadsheets, ensure all documentation is digitally filed accurately
Work with recruiters to monitor employment contingencies – following up with new hires to provide assistance as needed
Ensure hiring paperwork is completed accurately and on-time
Set up and conduct portions of New Hire Orientation
Qualification
Required
3 years office, clerical or receptionist experience required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately required
Basic computer skills plus knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) required
Ability to navigate the internet required
Ability to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needs
Pre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, criminal background check
Preferred
HS diploma/GED preferred
Knowledge of HRIS preferred
