Manage project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
Serve as primary point of contact for internal teams and customers
Develop project charters, plans, and status reports

Ensure compliance with project management processes and standards
Coordinate resources and monitor budgets
Communicate project status and escalate risks as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or related)
PMP or CAPM required (or ability to obtain quickly)
8+ years of project management experience
Strong knowledge of PM tools, methodologies, and lifecycle stages
Ability to manage multiple tasks and report progress clearly
IT/technical acumen; Salesforce or CRM experience a plus
Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
