Responsibilities

Manage and maintain data center operations, including servers, storage, networking, and power systems
Ensure the availability, performance, and security of data center infrastructure
Develop and implement policies and procedures for data center operations and maintenance
Monitor and analyze data center performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
Coordinate with other departments to support business needs and projects
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for data center services and equipment
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Design and implement data circuits for data center infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve data circuit issues to ensure optimal performance

Required

Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center management or a similar role
Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and power systems, and cabling

Experience with troubleshooting and resolving data circuit issues
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain database of equipment inventory and locations
