Responsibilities
Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional authority for planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of F-22 engineering projects
Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions
Plans and formulates engineering program and organizes project staff according to requirements. Assigns project personnel to specific phases or aspects of project
Coordinates the planning, organizing, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects with internal and external partners and customers
Responsible for data analytic efforts and generating program metrics
Qualification
Required
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access
Preferred
Experience with F-22 Engineering and Sustainment teams
Knowledge of F-22 Command Media / Systems Engineering Processes
CAM training and experience with IFG CAM tools & processes
Experience effectively communicating status, accomplishments and challenges
Demonstrated accountability and proactivity
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Works effectively with minimal guidance
Well developed soft skills interacting with internal team and customers
Passion for the F-22 and the warfighter
