Responsibilities
Responsible for site leadership and management of RMS Stratford calibration operations
Responsible for leading personnel, staffing, budget, capital, and lab operations
Will operate as member of a larger RMS Metrology Management team to drive improvements
Experienced leader with Continuous Improvement, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, and motivating personnel performance to improve efficiency
Provides technology forecasting, workload balancing, personnel development, and team building
Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance to industry standards
Qualification
Required
Responsible for site leadership and management of RMS Stratford calibration operations
Responsible for leading personnel, staffing, budget, capital, and lab operations
Operate as member of a larger RMS Metrology Management team to drive improvements
Experienced leader with Continuous Improvement, maintaining positive stakeholder relationships, and motivating personnel performance to improve efficiency
Provides technology forecasting, workload balancing, personnel development, and team building
Experience in risk identification, mitigation, and compliance to industry standards
Demonstrated leadership skills managing both technical and personnel aspects with cross team collaboration
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Direct experience in the establishment and management of a Calibration Lab Quality management System
In depth knowledge of international and national metrology standards
Experience executing within a calibration management database preferably Indysoft
