Vice President, Growth & Strategy (USAF/Intelligence Community Account) - Clearance Required

Responsibilities
Lead the development, management, and execution of account plans for growth in the customer including addressable market, pipeline development, customer engagement plan, investment, teaming partnerships, etc
Identify, research, qualify, and pursue new market opportunities to expand the company’s footprint
Perform gate reviews with an eye toward content that helps decision makers understand the opportunity and how we win while performing activities that increase Pwin
Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, teammates, and partners
Develop and execute capture plans and strategies using outcome-based capture processes
Perform market research and analysis to inform overarching Cydecor business and growth strategies including the understanding of customer budgets, customer needs, growth areas, and competitive landscape
Provide input and support to the CGO in the formulation of broader growth strategies and initiatives
Provide feedback on M&A targets and perform due diligence when needed
Assist P&L leads with growth of contracts by helping to identify new opportunities and customer needs as appropriate
Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to align business development and marketing strategies that appeal to existing and future customers
Partner with other functionals to include marketing, technology development, and operations, to ensure alignment with upcoming opportunities and future customer needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Finance, or a related field, or proven track record of abilities
Experience working within the customer set (e.g. military, government, contractor) that has resulted in a foundational understanding of customer mission, procurement habits, and business processes
Existing understanding of IC customers and ability to build relationships with key decision makers within the customer
Awareness of competitive landscape within customer to better understand competitors and vendors and facilitate partnerships when needed
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Basic business acumen related to opportunity pursuit
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Highly effective oral and written communications skills
Ability to present opportunities in a coherent way that promotes efficient decision making
Strong attention to detail
Active TS/SCI clearance
10-15 years of experience in GovCon business development with a proven track record of growth
Experience supporting strategic planning
Experience supporting capture and proposal
Mentoring/coaching experience in pipeline development
