Responsibilities
Accurately respond to questions and assist with product features, installation, set-up, and troubleshooting of software via phone or in person
Strong technical skills to diagnose, analyze, and correct customer reported hardware issues to include basic PC, laptop, and network connectivity as necessary
Escalate issues as needed, and ensure that the business is able to complete all job functions with a minimum of disruption and downtime
Plan for and upgrade existing equipment as needed
Monitor all systems under are of responsibility for potential problems and work proactively to find a solution
Research new technologies that may be useful to the Company
Train others outside the department regarding troubleshooting techniques for areas of responsibility
Install and support Microsoft Office products, workstation deployments, computer imaging, POS terminal support
Qualification
Required
Provide support for all aspects of property technology needs
Responsible for second level desktop support for server and desktop hardware and software, including the operating system and applications, security and disaster recovery
Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are required
Accurately respond to questions and assist with product features, installation, set-up, and troubleshooting of software via phone or in person
Strong technical skills to diagnose, analyze, and correct customer reported hardware issues to include basic PC, laptop, and network connectivity as necessary
Escalate issues as needed, and ensure that the business is able to complete all job functions with a minimum of disruption and downtime
