Responsibilities

Design, build, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex

Develop and modify custom UI components aligned to business requirements and Salesforce best practices

Build or enhance solutions leveraging Salesforce App Builder and Component Events

Support Aura-based components as needed in legacy environments

Develop and support custom API integrations, including REST-based integrations

Configure and support Salesforce capabilities including Flows, validation rules, permissions, and related platform configuration

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UI defects, integration/API failures, configuration gaps, and performance issues

Support incoming work items through Jira (including solution design and development work)

Collaborate in an Agile delivery model including sprint planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives

Produce maintainable code and documentation and follow CI/CD delivery expectations

Required

3–5+ years of Salesforce platform development experience

Strong hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce Lightning Framework

Apex development experience, including development of business logic and integrations

Experience with Visualforce for legacy support

Aura framework experience for legacy maintenance or enhancements

Proven experience building custom Salesforce UI components

Strong experience with custom API development and integrations

Solid front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Understanding of Salesforce deployment lifecycle and release management

Experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments and working with complex stakeholders
