Senior Level Systems Engineer

Responsibilities
Assist in leading and performing systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agencies to support mission-critical GEOINT delivery
Contribute to a total systems perspective, ensuring alignment across services, infrastructure, security, and operational domains
Support planning and execution of integration approaches for cloud, on-prem, and hybrid systems and services
Assist with testing, documentation, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions
Support the development of engineering plans and site installation technical design packages
Identify and communicate system dependencies, interfaces, and technical risks
Guide and mentor mid- and junior-level systems integrators, promoting best practices and technical rigor
Collaborate with senior integrators and Government stakeholders to support enterprise integration strategies
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field, or:
4 additional years of relevant experience with no degree, or
2 additional years of relevant experience with a non-STEM degree
12+ years of systems integration experience in government or industry supporting large, complex System-of-Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments
Experience integrating systems across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid infrastructures
Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program or project experience
Prior IC and/or DoD program or project experience
TS/SCI clearance, with ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph
Preferred
Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or a related STEM field
Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages
Experience supporting enterprise-scale GEOINT or Intelligence Community integration efforts
