Responsibilities

You will be a solutions provider! As a Fixed Operations Manager, it will be your goal to keep business running smoothly while also solving business related issues and ensure to reduce or eliminate future occurrences
Responsible for overseeing entire facility and maintenance, including lot and assisting with inventory
Work with Service, Parts, and Sales Managers to interview and staff departments
Establish and maintain strong relations with both customers and management at the store level
Identify and provide solution for customers
Ensure all departments are running smoothly and working together to accomplish organizational goals
Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports
Results driven and a desire to make a positive impact

Required

Prior retail management experience is must
Must possess strong conflict resolution skills
Competitive sales nature in addition to being team oriented
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to listen and provide solutions to ultimately finalize sales
Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is a must
Must possess a valid driver's license
