Responsibilities
Support efficient parts dealer onboarding activities, including initial outreach and account set up with dealers. Maintain accurate dealer accounts, including payment validation and analysis
Communicate with third-party vendors to identify and set-up orders for parts
Work closely with Parts departments throughout the reconditioning network to ensure accurate parts are ordered for vehicles, including verifying the quality and pricing of parts
Execute various strategic and operational initiatives within the parts supply chain, improving speed, cost, and quality of parts ordering
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be able to work in Carvana's Tempe HQ and/or at an Inspection Center as needed
Strong, consistent attention to detail
Ability to review, analyze, identify problems, and make quick decisions
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, maintaining high volume and high-quality content in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner
May be asked to travel occasionally (10% or less)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
Preferred
Experience working in the Automotive Industry or in a Lean Manufacturing environment preferred, including Experience working with automotive parts
