Responsibilities
Receive and manage service and repair requests from customers and internal teams
Coordinate with external vendors to schedule repairs, services, or equipment requests
Enter, track, and maintain accurate work order information in internal systems
Follow up with vendors and customers to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met
Provide timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders
Review vendor quotes and documentation to determine next steps, including approvals or ordering parts
Monitor team email inboxes and systems for new or escalated requests and assist with coverage as needed
Ensure accuracy of work orders for reporting and billing purposes
Maintain assigned workload to meet individual and team performance metrics
Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations
Assist with vendor onboarding and support as needed
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve day-to-day operational issues
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
No prior experience required; administrative, coordination, or customer service experience is a plus
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
Comfortable working with computer systems, email, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
