Responsibilities
Assist Superintendents and Project Managers with daily field operations and planning
Track project progress, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines
Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule
Provide support in maintaining safety and quality compliance on-site
Prepare daily reports, field documentation, and assist with quantity tracking
Participate in layout, survey coordination, and troubleshooting field issues
Communicate updates to the project management team and contribute to problem-solving discussions
Support in managing materials, equipment, and documentation to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
2+ years of construction field experience (heavy civil or mission-critical preferred)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or construction software is a plus
Ability to read and understand plans, specifications, and construction documents
Willingness to travel frequently to job sites across the region
