Responsibilities

Support the company's hiring efforts
Using the company's Applicant Tracking System, filter and respond to candidate applications
Actively source passive candidates
Maintain data integrity and that ensure all candidates are appropriately tracked in the ATS
Foster an excellent candidate experience
Manage social media and branding efforts
Partner with hiring managers and leaders - building best practices for hiring together!
Assist with the new hire and onboarding process as needed

Required

5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Recruiting preferably at a high-growth startup
Experience using a recruiting Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
You are impact oriented with a 'get things done' mentality
You have excellent attention to detail and flawless customer service skills
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
You are service and people-oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities
