Responsibilities
Administer and manage Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
Design, configure, and support hybrid identity solutions using AD FS
Implement and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) for SaaS and enterprise applications
Configure and support Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR) and password writeback
Integrate on-premises Active Directory with Entra ID using Azure AD Connect
Manage Conditional Access, MFA, and identity protection policies
Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and access issues
Ensure identity security compliance and support audits
Document IAM processes and provide operational support
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Strong knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS)
Experience implementing SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect)
Experience with Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR)
Understanding of hybrid identity and directory synchronization
Knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, and identity security best practices
PowerShell scripting for IAM automation
Familiarity with Windows Server and Active Directory
