Responsibilities

Provide accurate, reliable, and timely reporting and analysis of operational and financial results
Prepare and support monthly and quarterly reporting for Senior Leadership, Board of Directors, and Investors, including but not limited to monthly results and ad hoc analysis, Quarterly Business Reviews, Board of Directors monthly and quarterly reports, and the quarterly Supplemental
Prepare and support reporting and analysis on budgeting and forecasting for property level NOI, operating metrics, and capital expenditures
Support budgeting and forecasting system preparation and process
Identify and implement business solutions through data, technology, and automation. Develop dashboards, analytic models, and visualizations that enable self-service analytics and improve reporting efficiency across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Analytics or relevant field
At least four (4) years of experience in accounting or finance
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Solid foundation in retail real estate fundamentals, including the ability to understand operational metrics and key performance indicators
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Intermediate to advanced experience with Power BI or similar tools

Preferred

Intermediate level proficiency with OneStream
Intermediate level proficiency with JD Edwards (or similar accounting software)
