Responsibilities
Data Warehouse Architecture: Design, implement, and maintain a scalable data warehouse that integrates Salesforce, marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Meta, Google Ads), and internal AWS datasets
Integration & Automation: Build reliable data pipelines and APIs for automated data flows between systems
Analytics & Dashboards: Develop dashboards and self-service reporting tools for leadership and cross-functional teams (finance, ops, marketing, product)
Data Governance: Define and enforce standards for data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across departments
Executive Partnership: Partner closely with the executive team to deliver actionable insights that support strategic and financial decisions
KPI Tracking: Develop and monitor key business metrics (acquisition cost, conversion rates, case economics, automation impact, etc.)
Performance Analysis: Support commercial and operational initiatives with deep data analysis and modeling
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data engineering roles
Master-level SQL proficiency and strong technical ability with modern data tools (dbt, Snowflake, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Experience with Salesforce, AWS (Redshift, S3, or similar), and marketing attribution systems
Proven track record of building or managing a data warehouse end-to-end
Strong analytical mindset with commercial intuition—able to tie data to business outcomes
Local to San Diego County and able to collaborate in person at our Solana Beach office
Preferred
Prior experience in consumer tech, SMB services, or fintech preferred
