Responsibilities
Develop creative strategies to attract exceptional talent that is hard working, competitive, and results driven
Quickly learn and articulate Orion180’s mission, culture, and priorities
Source and connect with high performers, showcasing our company and mission, network at recruiting events, and partner with universities and industry groups to create a robust talent pipeline
Participate in the end-to-end recruitment process, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screens, and selecting top candidates with precision and care
Meet aggressive time-to-fill and quality of hire goals while ensuring a first-class candidate experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience sourcing professional-level talent
Proven ability to source successful candidates for onsite roles, and hard-to-fill positions
Outgoing, collaborative, and dedicated team player with professional maturity, resilience, and perseverance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
Prior use of ATS platforms such as Rippling for candidate management, scheduling, etc
Hands-on experience leveraging AI technologies to optimize recruiting workflows such as resume screening, chatbots, predictive analytics, and talent mapping
Professional demeanor with excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment with exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency
Punctual, proactive, and results-driven with a demonstrable track record of delivering under tight deadlines
