Responsibilities
Develop and Enhance Applications: Design, code, and maintain enterprise-level applications using .NET, Java, and SQL technologies
Participate in Agile Development: Engage in Agile Scrum processes including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with fellow developers, analysts, and business units to implement client-driven solutions and resolve technical issues
Ensure Code Quality: Proactively identify and address potential performance or architectural issues and contribute to code reviews and best practices
Mentor and Support: Act as a resource for junior developers and assist in knowledge sharing and technical guidance
Troubleshoot and Debug: Analyze and resolve software defects and production issues with a focus on delivering high-quality, reliable solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of software development experience, including at least 1 year with C#
Proficiency in .NET technologies and familiarity with MVC, WCF, WPF, and JavaScript frameworks
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented Agile environment
