Responsibilities
Manage satellite offices with little daily oversite
Prosecute all crimes varying in severity from traffic citations, drug crimes, violent crimes of all types, misdemeanor and felony crimes alike
File, prosecute, and represent the State in facets of the criminal case in Murray County and occasional traffic to the other counties
Advise county officials as requested
Handle all juvenile cases including deprived and delinquent
Work closely with other attorneys, staff, partner agencies, law enforcement, defense attorneys and the bench
Qualification
Required
1 + years of legal experience
Strong writing and research skills
Ability to effectively communicate
Must be able to pass a fingerprint and background check
No criminal history
Juris Doctorate from accredited law school
Admitted to and good standing with Oklahoma Bar Association
Preferred
Prior prosecution experience
