Responsibilities
Research & Analysis: Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis
Competitive Insights: Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends
Sales Support: Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries
Reporting & Trend Analysis: Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders
Collaboration with Index Providers: Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation
Project Variety: Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program and be a rising Junior graduating by summer of 2027
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Must be able to work in one of Invesco's offices where the program is available
Preferred
Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)
