McDermott Intern for Adult Programs
The Dallas Museum of Art is a space of wonder and discovery where art comes alive. They are seeking a McDermott Intern for Adult Programs to assist with the development, implementation, and promotion of various programs for adults, including lectures and workshops, while providing support to the Adult Programs team.

Responsibilities
Interact with visitors and provide customer service support during evening and weekend programs
Process ticket orders and answer emails and phone calls from the public
Collaborate with colleagues to brainstorm, research, and develop programming for adult audiences
Write content and copy for web and promotional materials
Attend weekly meetings with the Manager of Adult Programs and the Program Manager of Arts & Letters Live plus regular departmental meetings within Adult Programs and Education
Contribute to and collaborate with the Adult Programs team to achieve departmental and institutional goals
Qualification
Required
Completion of an undergraduate degree in art history, art education, museum studies, or the humanities prior to the start of the internship
Strong time management and organizational skills to successfully balance program and office duties
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on a team
Preferred
Prior experience with event planning or program coordination
