Principal Pricing Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead pricing projects for the defense price desk team
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities
Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives
Perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed

Required

Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance/pricing/marketing project management
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing successful pricing strategies
Strong guiding and team management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficient in project management tools and software
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business related field: Finance/Business Administration/Marketing or a related field
Experience with FAR/DFARS regulations and/or Government Pricing Experience
Ability to think critically and adapt to tasks in a quickly changing environment
Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and drive innovation
Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trend
