Responsibilities

Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise data processing, reporting, and analytics solutions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as EMS, DocDB, DevSecOps platform support, and business units—to gather, analyze, and refine requirements into actionable technical solutions

Act as a trusted partner to clients and stakeholders to understand operational needs, clarify business requirements, and translate those into robust technical designs

Develop and maintain ETL workflows, data pipelines, and report solutions to support enterprise data warehouse and BI initiatives

Build scalable, maintainable solutions using industry standard practices for data modeling, integration, and performance optimization

Support full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and production support

Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability for enterprise reporting and analytics

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to architectural discussions and decisions

Required

10+ years of experience in software engineering and/or data engineering supporting enterprise solutions on a scale

Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver technical solutions aligned with business needs

Strong background in Business Intelligence development, data warehousing, and analytics tools

Databases / SQL: Oracle, PostgreSQL — advanced query development and performance tuning

ETL / Data Integration: Pentaho (Spoon/KTR, ETL design and development)

Programming: Java for data processing, integration workflows, and application development

APIs: REST API development and integration

Operating Systems / Tools: Linux (RHEL 8), Git

BI & OLAP: Mondrian OLAP or similar analytical engines

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or related field
