Associate Sales Representative
Civix is seeking a motivated Associate Sales Representative to support their growth by securing customer renewals and assisting with go-to-market research. Qualification
Required
5 years in inside sales or a related customer-facing role (e.g., SDR, renewals specialist, sales ops)
Experience with Enterprise SaaS required
Familiarity with the sales cycle, renewals processes, quoting, and deal desk basics
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Monday.com, and productivity suites (e.g., MS 365)
Strong written and verbal communication; confident handling customer conversations
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously
Growth-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed with a bias for action
Preferred
GovTech experience preferred
Experience working with public sector customers or government procurement processes (RFPs, addenda, ROEs)
Exposure to pricing/discount frameworks, deal desk policies, and contract lifecycle management tools
Familiarity with channel/partner motions
