Responsibilities
Support attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support
Draft, revise, and organize legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, correspondence, and settlement materials
Manage case files, medical records, and document production with a high degree of accuracy
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and scheduling for attorney appearances, depositions, and court matters
Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel to support case progress
Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the litigation team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in personal injury litigation in NJ
Strong written, organizational, and time-management skills
Familiarity with litigation procedures, court filings, and case management systems
Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
plaintiff-side experience strongly preferred
