Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions using Box, RPA tools, Azure Cloud, AI technologies, and Microsoft Power Automate
Administer enterprise digital platforms, including Adobe Management Platform and Adobe Sign
Provide leadership to technical teams and foster a collaborative and innovative environment
Serve as a subject matter expert for platform services, onboarding, and utilization guidance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes
Oversee end‑to‑end automation lifecycles, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of automation and cloud platform solutions
Provide technical mentorship to cloud specialists and platform administrators
Stay current on advancements in Box, UI Path, Azure Cloud, AI, Power Automate, and related technologies
Develop and maintain documentation for cloud platform processes, configurations, and automation solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform systems with assistance from service partners
Identify improvement opportunities within existing services and recommend enhancements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven experience as an automation technical lead or similar engineering role
Strong expertise in GitHub, Box, UI Path, Azure Cloud/Entra, AI, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
Familiarity with Adobe Management Portal and Adobe Sign
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#
Strong problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder collaboration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with Entra Identity Management is a plus
