Responsibilities
Complete credit applications with sales customers on the purchase of new and pre-owned vehicles after a customer has agreed to purchase
Submit deals using RouteOne for approval
Print the correct documents needed for the lender or prepare the e-sign documents
Present and sell vehicle service contracts, Simoniz Glass Coat, various GAP contracts, and other available products
Complete all documentation with the customer
Ensure deals are funded within a timely manner
Assist sales staff with customer follow-up or 'desking' deals when the sales manager is off
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid Driver's License
Knowledge of CVR, IL TRP, and State Taxes
Proficiency with the Reynolds and Reynolds (ERA Ignite) DRM system
Proficiency with customer CRM systems, including VinSolutions
Preferred
Experience in F&I is preferred but not required
