Responsibilities
Architect and build enterprise-grade data platforms that support analytics and business intelligence at scale
Develop and maintain robust data models, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines across cloud and on-premise environments
Collaborate with leaders and global team members across departments to define KPIs and design real-time and batch data solutions that drive strategy
Create powerful dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Lead implementation of best practices in data governance, lifecycle management, and secure analytics
Stay ahead of emerging tech trends in AI, machine learning, and automation—and bring them to life at Pyrotek
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years' experience in data architecture, engineering, or analytics development
Expertise in SQL, Python, and database platforms (e.g., Azure Synapse, AWS Redshift, Fabric)
Hands-on experience integrating data from ERP, MES, CRM and other enterprise applications
A strong grasp of real-time/batch analytics and business intelligence tools
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-first mindset
Ability to travel, up to 30%, globally or domestically. Valid US Passport or ability to obtain, required
