Responsibilities

Requirements Engineering: Lead stakeholder engagement sessions to elicit, document, and translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories
Priority Management: Successfully juggle multiple active stories and tasks simultaneously without losing sight of quality or deadlines
Global Collaboration: Manage day-to-day coordination with offshore development teams. This requires exceptional time management to maximize the 'golden hour' overlap in the mornings, ensuring blockers are cleared before the offshore shift ends
Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes—specifically around lead management—to identify opportunities for unification across different business units
Salesforce Advocacy: Support the evolution of our Sales Cloud and Lightning environments, ensuring solutions are scalable and align with Salesforce best practices

Required

Proven track record working within large, complex organizations where speed and scale are constant variables
Demonstrated ability to manage a heavy workload of simultaneous tasks and stories. You must be comfortable pivotting quickly and managing 'competing priorities' effectively
Solid experience in high-level business requirement gathering, including leading calls and facilitating discovery sessions
Strong proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud and the Lightning interface
Experience working with global teams. You must understand the logistics of time-zone differences and the importance of proactive communication to prevent 24-hour delays

Preferred

Salesforce Certified Administrator (highly preferred). We value continuous learning and official Salesforce credentials
Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and Experience Cloud
Exposure to Salesforce Einstein (specifically Opportunity Scoring) and other AI-driven tools
Hands-on experience with Dynamic Forms and modern Lightning page configurations
Experience in unifying business processes and streamlining lead management workflows
