Lead the technical design of Multifamily projects from schematic design through construction to maintain standards of excellence

Construction administration including shop drawings, submittals and contractor coordination / direction as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience
5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred
Architectural registration required with current license
Must be proficient in Revit
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines
Experience putting document packages together
Consultant coordination
Experience directing at least one other team member
Preferred
NCARB registration desired
LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired
High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
