Responsibilities
Provides direct analytical, project and administrative support and manages special projects for Systemwide Executive Search & Recruitment
This position researches, analyzes and develops solutions to a wide range of issues and manages projects of moderate scope and complexity
Key responsibilities include complex coordination of search workflows and activities that are high-volume, specialized, and require a high degree of detail
Qualification
Required
Ability to communicate effectively in a diverse environment with all levels of staff
Ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes
Ability to use discretion and diplomacy and maintain confidentiality
Ability to be flexible and adaptable as priorities evolve; ability to work well with ambiguity and experimentation, and to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work productively and build strong relationships in a collaborative environment
Strong writing, editing, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training
Preferred
Experience or familiarity in HR, talent acquisition, and/or executive recruiting setting
