General Manager of Sales
Donnellon McCarthy Enterprises is a fast-growing regional provider of office technology and IT services. They are seeking a hands-on, results-driven General Manager of Sales to lead their Cleveland-area sales team, focusing on building, coaching, and managing a high-performing team while driving new business growth.

Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support a team of outside B2B sales professionals
Build a strong sales culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and results
Oversee daily sales activity, pipeline management, and CRM usage (Compass/Sherpa)
Hire, onboard, and train Account Managers and Business Development Representatives
Drive net-new business through consultative selling of copiers, IT services, managed print, and document workflow solutions
Set clear sales goals, KPIs, and performance expectations
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and development to the sales team
Partner with executive leadership on territory strategy and market growth
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and service teams to support lead flow, onboarding, and customer retention
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team
Proven success hiring, developing, and coaching sales professionals
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Based in or able to travel regularly throughout the Cleveland market
Preferred
Experience in office technology, IT services, or business solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience growing a sales team or expanding a regional market
