Support Windows Server Exchange Server, Active Directory, Wireless, Networking, Smartphones, Tablets and Printing
Support Windows Desktop
Support MS Office Suite
Support Messaging Clients
Support Malware Removal
Support Office 365
Ticket management
Must have solid customer service experience, a strong technical background and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Mobile device setup and support including iPhone, iPad and Android devices
Qualification
Required
Minimum of two years of employment experience in a Windows Support Position focused on supporting the Windows Server, Windows Domain, and Windows Desktops
BA or equivalent work experience /IT degree preferred
A+ / Network + Certification a plus
Basic Understanding on Networks (firewall, router, switch, wireless)
Understanding of Cloning and Imaging Systems
Ability to multitask is a fast paced environment and switch between clients
Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
Excellent Attention to detail and commitment to following tasks through to completion
Ability to meet deadlines and set priorities with effective distribution of time and effort
Ability to work cross functionally within a matrix organization
Working Knowledge of Current Windows Server & Desktop Operating Systems & Microsoft Office 365
Working Knowledge of Windows Active Directory
Working Knowledge of Windows Exchange Server
Working Knowledge of networking, IP addressing, Web Browsers, Messaging Clients
Working Knowledge of PC Hardware and Diagnoses Issues
Valid Driver's License
