Responsibilities
Complete 7,000 hours between the College Program and on-the-job training (OJT) in our manufacturing facilities
Assembles tool sets for production
Breaks down and cleans tooling after production
Inspects tooling for damage or wear after production
Makes major repairs to tooling
Completes minor tool optimization projects
Maintain complete and accurate records on tooling as required
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follows all safety rules and practices
Follows all quality procedures
Adheres to company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices including 5-S standards
Successfully complete, to the Company’s specification, courses of study required for the Associates Degree in Machine Tool Technology
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
Successful completion of the Compass Placement Test (required for school admission)
Ability to move or lift 35 pounds
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment VISA or other sponsorship
